At Manulife, I worked on several customer-facing digital platforms aimed at improving accessibility and experience. I contributed to the regional Customer Website redesign, ensuring consistent visual quality across multiple Asian markets while aligning with Manulife’s brand guidelines. I also designed the interface for ClaimSimple, a streamlined portal that simplifies insurance claims and integrates key features like e-Medical Cards and Doctor Finder. Beyond digital products, I led the redesign of the Policy Anniversary Statement, turning a traditionally complex document into a clear, engaging physical touchpoint for customers. Additionally, I created sets of illustrations and icons used across Manulife’s applications to strengthen visual consistency.
